NEW FORMAT:
Deposits
 We have raised the initial deposit to $500.00. Over the past few years, increasing numbers of parents have not cancelled in a timely manner because “losing $240 isn’t a big deal.” This will be the first time in 20 years for the deposit to be raised. Because the terms will be somewhat longer, the fees will increase, too, although we will do our best to keep it modest. And with a larger initial deposit, as Jeepers points out, paying off the balance in April will be less painful! We will still have the same cancellation policy: 80% refundable if cancellation is made in writing by March 1.

Closing Day Details
Second Regular Term 2007: the closing activities will straddle two days, starting mid-afternoon after Camp Stewart's closing.

In our July Term, Camp Stewart will close at noon on Saturday, August 18, and that afternoon we plan to have our Gymkhana and All-Camp Revue. Saturday evening will be our Memorial Vespers. The next morning we will have the swim meet, war canoe race and picnic lunch preceding Naming O' the Braves. Farewells by 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, August 19.

SATURDAY, August 18, 2007
We will open the gates on Saturday at 3:15 for the 4 p.m. gymkhana
Gymkhana 4-5 p.m.
        All-Camp Revue 5:30-6:30 p.m.
(Parents leave camp)
Campers’ last meal together
Memorial Vespers 9 p.m.

SUNDAY, August 19, 2007
We will open the gates at 9:15 a.m.
Swim meet 10-12
War Canoe race 12 noon
 Picnic on the Lawn 12 noon
Naming O’ the Braves 1 p.m.
Farewells before 2:30 p.m.
