The news you’ve been waiting for is finally here. We will be having a Heart O’ the Hills Reunion September 12th & 13th, 2015. Our purpose is to raise funds in order to send kids camp and reconnect old pals. The cost of attending the reunion is $150.00 and solely covers our expenses. Guests must be 21 years or older. It will be a wonderful time of remembering the times we’ve had here and creating new memories while enjoying all things camp. Our tentative schedule is as follows.
Saturday, September 12th
9:00 AM– Check-in/Register
10:00 AM– Activity Rotations (bugle will blow every 30 min.)
- Archery
- Riflery
- Arts & Crafts
- Canoe
- Horseback
- Tennis
Trading Post open 10-noon
12:30 PM– Pawnee v. Shawnee Matball (meet at The Ark)
1:00 PM– Lunch
2:45 PM– Surprise fun
4:00 PM– Pawnee v. Shawnee War Canoe (meet at The Garage)
6:00 PM– Tribe Hill (at your respective hill)
7:15 PM– Dinner
8:30 PM– Campfire (meet in The Village)
Sunday, September 13th
9:00 AM– Worship (meet at The Ark)
10:30 AM– Brunch & Closing Ceremonies
Trading Post open after brunch
