We get a ton of questions about the store. We want to share with you some answers to our frequently asked questions!
My daughter is a new camper, how do I order items in sisterhood specific colors?
You can go ahead and place your sisterhood uniform order ahead of time by selecting the “New Camper” option.
Some items that are “sisterhood specific” can be ordered by a new camper (just select “new camper”). Others, you will have to wait until she has been put in a tribe to order!
Shipping on Trading Post orders will not be affected by items being held at camp.
Can I place an order for my camper while she is at camp?
While your camper is at camp, you might want to send her some new clothing items. Your camper Is new to a sisterhood and you want to order her some of those specific items, or maybe she didn’t pack enough shorts! That is not a problem, you can place an online trading post order, and select the “hold at camp option” during checkout, and we will deliver it to her cabin!
I received my order, but some items are missing?
Sometimes we make mistakes. Please let us know what you are missing, and we will help you locate it.
In the case of new campers, some of your items were sisterhood specific. We have to hold those items until we know the sisterhood she will belong to.
Can my camper shop when I am not around?
During camp, if a camper needs an item, she fills out an In-Camp Order Form and submits it. We will also open the Trading Post once a week for campers to shop.
What if my daughter forgets some of the essentials?
Not a problem, our camp store supplies many essentials such as toothpaste, shampoo, etc. We can always pick up essentials for her at Walmart and charge her account!
Can I create a custom care package for my daughter?
We are happy to gather items for you, or you can let us know what you want! Often times, parents opt to leave a gift of $25 to let their camper pick the specific items they want! Any of these options are great!
With opening being a drive thru process, when can I shop in person?
