Yummy Grand Marnier Cranberries by Jane

Yummy Cranberries Grand Marnier is an easy recipe with fresh ingredients that adds a delightful touch of class to your turkey dinner.

Ingredients:

Fresh cranberries, sugar, oranges and water are your main ingredients

1-1/2 cup Sugar

1/2 cup Water

12 oz Fresh Cranberries

2 Navel Oranges

2 tablespoons Grand Marnier

Directions:

First, grab your oranges and get to grating! Grating the rind of the oranges will yield 2 tablespoons of zest.

A zester is your best friend, or you can use a fine grater on your oranges.

After peeling the oranges and removing all the white pulp, use a knife to cut into each section. After removing the skin and all the pulp, and dividing the sections, the wedges are ready! But for now, set them to the side.

Now, combine the orange zest, sugar, water, and cranberries, bringing the mixture to a boil until sugar is dissolved. Simmering 10-15 minutes will thicken mixture and pop all the berries!
